,. 3... 0 .arf Gi Dr. William B. King President In an age when students often claim that administrators wont give an inch, South- western can be proud that its president, Dr. William B. King, not only gives an inch, he often goes out of his way to offer any help that he can. There is no lack of communica- tion between President King and the G.S.C. student. for a part of many days is walking around campus. inspecting building prog- ress, and more important talking informally, but candidly with students. Georgia Southwestern is a rapidly growing institution, and its president has a great deal of work to perform. Even though President King is very busy and shoulders tremendous responsibility. it is a common sight to see him in his office or on campus, talking about school with a student or just giving advice. President William B. King is a great example of why G,S.C. is not just an unfeeling ma- chine. but rather a college where learning and understanding advance hand-in-hand. - i i li? ii, it --,Q--.-
