He is well acquainted with the nten's furnishing business, being manager of a men's furnishings store in XYashington. Mr. Peters has had considerable selling experience and while attached to the U. S. Naval Aviation Corps, traveled abroad. He became a salesman fora well-known brokerage house in Philadelphia and the knowledge he thus gained has been of great value to him. He has pursued the Diplomatic-C4insular course at the School of Foreign Service, and hopes to enter the U. S. tfonsular Service.

S. in Geography and Economics from the University of Chicago. He was student-delegate ill charge of the Foreign Service School's exhibit at the National lforaign Trade Convention, held in Philadelphia in May, I922, and he was formerly Foreign Traffic ad- visor at La Salle Extension University.
