MAXINE E. GIVEN S Max Max is the light-hearted and gay member of our class. She is always Willing to lend a help- ing hand. She was chosen co-captain of the hockey team and was a member of the bas- ketball and softball teams. Max was a mem- ber of Senior Dramatics and Girls' Shop. She took leading parts in both class plays. She is now employed by the Diamond State Tele- phone Company and will continue work after graduation. IOSEPHINE MAE HOLSON NIO!! Io is the quietest member of our class. She was a member of the Senior Library Club. lo's hobby is taking pictures. Her favorite sport is basketball. Io is always ready to help anyone when she can. Her ambition is to become a nurse. IEANNE HEARN Ieanne has been a member of the Girls' Shop Club for two years and a member of Photog- raphy Club. In the Iunior play she played one of the leading roles as Cornelia and in the Senior play had the leading role of Miss Brooks. She likes hockey and has participated in it for two years. You will probably hear her saying, Number p1ease, after graduation. BESSIE PEPPER HOUSTON Bessie is one of the quiet members of the class. Her ability to do things correctly has helped our class through the years. Her am- bition to become a successful housewife has already been fulfilled. She was a member of the Library Club and treasurer of the Athletic Council.

DOROTHY MAE DAVIS Dot Dot has been a member of the Senior Library Club for three years. Her favorite class is home economics. During the Iunior play she was a member of the ticket committee and she was a member of the publicity committee during the Senior play. Her favorite activity is dancing and her ambition is to be a clerk in a department store. BETTY CAROLYN FOSKEY Skinny Skinny is the hard Working girl everyone looks for when there is something to be done. She served on the Cheering Squad for six years and Was a member of the Student Council, Photography Club, and Treasurer of Associated Students. Skinny participated in basketball and was the manager of the girl's softball team. After graduation she intends to become a secretary. MARIE CATHERINE FLOOD Our class is very fortunate in having Marie join us from Woodbury, New lersey, in our Senior year. Marie Worked hard as an under- study and usher in our Senior play. Marie Was a member of the yearbook staff. Her in- terests after graduation lie in the secretarial field. DALLAS DENNIS GREEN When We think Frank Sinatra is around We can be sure it's Dallas we hear. He was a member of the Barber Shop Quartet, Vice- President of the Assembly Committee, and Treasurer of the F.F.A. We can't remember when we've ever seen Dallas angry. His friendly manner will help him in his Work at ConoWay's Where he is now employed. Dallas Was the Purser in the Iunior play, Our Hearts Were Young and Gay.

AUBREY TRUMAN HUDSON Aubrey has done a fine job as president of the Student Council, and has been one of our most outstanding athletes. He partici- pated in basketball, baseball, track, and was co-captain of the football team. Aubrey had the leading male part in our Senior play. He is successful in everything he does. After graduation he will continue his education. IOSEPHYNE HUNTER I IIOI I Io is one of the most ambitious girls in the class. She did a fine job of playing Mrs. Skinner in the Iunior play. Io was a member of the Senior Chorus, Golden Herald, and she served as a cheerleader for three years. Her big heart and great ambition will surely help her in being a successful beautician. ll-XNET HUDSON Ianet has a disposition that can take any kind of teasing. She was a member ot the Golden Herald for two years. During her Senior year Ianet was the co-society editor and business manager. She. was on the publicity and ad- vertisement committees and also an usher for both the Iunior and Senior plays. Ianet is planning to become a beautician after graduation. PEARL WINIFRED I ONES ' ' Winnie Winnie is the pep of the class. She lives in Ellendale and is sure to let you know it. She is on the feature staff of the Golden Herald, a Student Council representative, and a member of Girls' Shop. She was a member of both the Iunior and Senior plays. Her ambi- tion is to be rich. We wish her Well! She always says Search me! When she gets rich We Will.
