The Austin Preparatory acnuui Class of 1988 had graduated. “I got a great education and I grew up quite a bit by going to school with ' all guys. It showed me how to be a man,” said Paul Har- ty, son of Michael and Angela Har- ty, 6 Jackson Terrace, Lawrence. He and fellow graduates listen- ed as state Rep. Geoffrey Beck- with, D-Reading, praised the school and the students for a good reputation and hard work. “Your lives and careers will be judged by the effect that they have — great or small — on making the Matthew Caples ot Aiiuover was awarded the Medal for French and the Medal for Spanish. Frank predicted Mr. Dukakis will win the White House in November and usher in a bright new era for liberal causes. “I really believe we will be win- ning this one in 1988, and set the stage for really a very important period,” Mr. Frank said. When President Reagan won “I was asked, how do you deal with the charges Dukakis is just another McGovernite? I said, well, let ' s start with the fact he was for Muskie,” he said. If Mr. Dukakis has a fault, Mr. Frank said in response to a ques- tion, it is possibly that he will be unwilling to admit to mistakes.
