Student Council members make special fund collections in the home rooms, serve as assistants at various functions, and generally help out as the need arises. Driscoll, L. Adams, J. Fuller, C. Tellefsen, B. Woodland, M. Norris, M. L. Najam, Norma Mello, Nancy Mello. The two clubs, Tri-Hi-Y and Hi-Y have worked together this year on many pro- jects. These groups have aimed at becoming honor clubs and to that end the Tri- Hi-Y has had three projects, the making of scrapbooks for children ' s hospitals, the collecting of used clothing to be sold for the benefit of the building fund of the Ha- verhill Y.M.C.A., and the addressing of envelopes for the secretary of the Haver- hill Y. Together the two groups planned and carried out our Christmas religious program at school. The sponsoring of two bills for Youth and Government Day held at Lynn this year has been a joint project. For recreation the two clubs have been bowling and the boys have had a basketball team consisting of Hi-Y members not on the regular Perley team.
