Chorus The Choruses of Georgetown High School have been composed of three groups with from twenty-five to thirty students enrolled in each group. These persons have contributed of their talents to the presentation of the Vermilion County Music Festival, the Chorus and Orchestra Concert, the National Music Week Festival and numerous other school occasions throughout the year. I he aim cf the F. F. A. is to develop interest in farming, better farm life, and leadership: to encourage thrift: and to develop individuality. The dub showed advancement in membership and project earnings over last year. 1 hey held their own in sports and other activities. The basketball team won several tournaments and the soft ball team was defeated only by the state champions. 1 he judging team placed third in the district contest and the Dairy team was third best in the state of Illinois.
