Alexander Crowned, Eagles Win, to One of the most exciting events of the season was the annual Homecoming game and dance. The Eagle Football Team defeated the Bastrop Bears by a score of 7-3, Festivities included a special half-time performance by the band, twirlers and drill-team, and also the coronation of the Homecoming Queen by Superintendent lack Frost. This year the honor went to Anette Alexander. Runners-up were Jennifer Mishler, Stacey Sims, Rhonda Exley and Lori Sanders.
