JANUARY STARS VVILLTAM GRAY ROBERTSON LITTLE Ll'CILl.E CURRELL LOUISE MILKE RICHARD GATES President Vice-President Treasurer Secretary Excular SENIOR CLASS OF JANUARY, 1933 Mrs, Green: Your class activities certain- ly ended in a burst at gloryfa tine class day program, the class banquet, and the Senior play. Bill Gray: The class day program was the best I've seen it l do say it as shouldn't, Mrs. Green: 'fThe idea ot imitating a broadcast was a clever way to bring in the variety at things you had on the program. Bill: That night club scene was realistic, wasn't it? Ot course the palms helped a lot, and the dancing added to the attraction. Mrs. Green: Everyone enjoyed the comic opera in the second act. There was a lot ot musical talent in your class. Bill: Yes, several ot its members vvon high honors in state music contests. But music wasn't the only tield we were active in, Mrs, Greeni Indeed not. You have been active in athletics, dramotics, and declama- tory work, too. Billi Wasn't the senior play well done? Those who took part got splendid notices in the paper. Mrs. Green: The class banquet at the Roosevelt was a gay affair. Didn't you all regret that it was your last meeting togeth- er?l' Billi Yes, but we are all looking forward to successful careers in the tuture. The eve- ning vve received our diplomas will be remem- bered by all ot us. 'lWe realize that much ot our success as a senior class has been due to our advisers this last year-you, Mrs. Green, and Miss Boyack, Miss Whaley, and Miss Chaney. 20
