The girls' tennis tournament in the fall proved very successful, Barbara Van Yvinlcle, the winner, being presented with her trophy at the Fashion Show held the same semester. Cotton day, in the summer semester, gave the girls a chance to prove they could sew pretty things as well as buy them. The Boys' League tennis tournament, won by LeRoy Nelson drew faithful fans to the courts every noon. Lyle Benner and Chet Noe came out victorious in the volley ball tournament, and the basket- ball tournament provided fun for many more. Could be a ringer!
