For many the first day of school brings about a feeling of apprehensiveness for the in coming freshman, feelings of fear after hearing horror stories from the up- perclassmen. How did you think your first day of high school was going to be? . . . I thought I'd get lost . . . I feared that the older kids would pick on me . .. Being called a F reshman . . . Getting mean teachers . . . Meeting new peoplew . . . I expect- ed the food to be good . . . The halls to be crowded and to be pushed around.
