Girls Varsity Track was a great team this year. They placed third in the county and in the region. They finished l0th in the state. According to Coach Luke Prescott, Track is one of the sports in which the motivation has to come from within the athlete him or herslef. l can 'drive' them during practice, but when it comes down to the last 200 me- ters of the 800 meter run-there is nothing l can do to help them. They have to be willing to push themselves through the pain. The girls obviously listened and learned a great deal from their coach. IELUUGJ 'TWUIEIEIDIEIIU WLUUGJ I.
