A X 1 name Thls was done and presented to the Student Counc1l for acceptance or rejec txon It was accepted and our club was ofliclally the Mlmeoqulllettes Club B G A the M1fl1O be1ng for mlmeograph ull for Pen and ettes for glrls sxnce we lost our only male member Our officers were elected and our first letter was sent out Several enthuslastl letters were received from the bovs tellxng us how much they enjoyed lt Of course that gave us a new xncentl e and we worked doubly hard on our second letter Our first publlc appearance was as a sponsor for a famous dramatlst and basso profundo Edward Brlgham Our letters were dlscontrnued durlng the summer months but 1n the fall we took up our tasks aga1n w1th slxteen mem bers all ready to start More and more re P1165 came 1n from the boys and we declded to make them proud of us We put on a Thanksgwxng dance and made a llttle money Fun?
