From this list a connnittee appointed by the Stu- dent Council goes over the list in all fair- ness and votes for the outstanding students. Their choices are based on the qualifica- tions laid down by the national organiza- tion. The students who are selected have much to their credit after their graduation. The traits of character, scholarship, and leadership are all requirements, and these requirements are those that are needed in future years. Se- lection into this group holds important prestige in the iield of education and other types of work. Who's lVho is a free organizationg no fees are charged and the members are en- titled to Wear pins which will serve as a reminder of their honor membership. Honor roll status is not the only pre- requisite for this honor, but it helps quite a bit. A senior or graduate is chosen on basis of scholarship, character, leadership in extracurricular activities, and qualities showing a potentiality for future leader- ship.
