Few corporate or executive bodies have a greater responsibility to the public than the school board of a community. It must super- vise the public school system and is held ac- countable for the education of the communi- ty’s youth. The success of an educational program depends in great part upon the degree in which board members assume their duties and carry out their responsibilities. Falls Church is fortunate in having a school board composed of members dedicated to the task of providing good schools for the education of Falls Church young people.
