From the results of a survey sampling Senior opinions came the figure of 42%: 1 • 42% of the Senior class was going to college because they could think of nothing better to do and college seemed the natural step after high school. 2. 42% of the college-bound Seniors were undecided as to what they wanted from college. 3. 42% of the upperclassmen considered their last year at Marshall worthless because it was not helping them decide anything.
