Keyettes Donate time to Cerebral Palsy center The Keyette Club is an honorary service club whose members are chosen on the basis of character, lead¬ ership, and scholastic ability. Keyettes, girls from the sophomore, junior, and senior classes, seek to serve both the community and school. Community projects include giving a Christmas party for orphans, visiting the Dunn Loring lliff Nursing Home, working at the Northern Virginia Cerebral Palsy Center, and Christ¬ mas caroling in the community. In the school the Key¬ ette Club helped with Orientation Night, tri-spon- sored the Sadie Hawkins Dance, and co-sponsored Maid and Butler Day. The Keyette Club participates as a leading service organization in the activities of Marshall High. Hrt « P» i DRESSED IN servants costumes, Cindy Bieber, Jack Lucas, Bar¬ bara Grey, and Dahlia Conger helped make Maid and Butler Day a success. 133

Key Club Actively serves school and community The Key Club of George C. Marshall, a service or¬ ganization, has had a highly successful and active year serving the school and community. Highlighting the projects for the year were parking cars and announcing at all home football games, helping with the Kiwanis Cir¬ cus, distributing textbooks, publicizing the hospital bond issue, washing cars, and assisting on various occasions by setting up the P.A. system. In addition, it co-sponsored the Sadie Hawkins Dance, Orientation Night and Maid and Butler Day. Without a doubt, the Key Club has had a memorable year.
