Junior Varsity Softball Takes pride in impressive record The Junior Varsity Girls Softball Team has worked well together under the direction of Coach Johnson. The Varsity Girls Softball Team, under the guidance of Coach Wagoner, has played a fine season. The ex¬ perience of the players returning from last year, was combined with the enthusiasm of the new players, to produce a team capable of victory. Track Strength, depth and potential insure a successful season DON HAURIN crouches very low in order to have an excellent run¬ ning broad jump. I 18 Marshall ' s track team displayed its power by placing a close second in the Fairfax County Relays and fourth in the Alexandria Memorial Relays. With strong runners in all events, Marshall ' s tracksters set three county records and established themselves as a ma¬ jor power in track circles. A combination of speed, strength, and sportsmanship helped the team finish in the true Marshall tradition.
