Homecoming theme: sports and spirit Homecoming Royalty: Sophomore Prince Henry Greco and Princess Lynn Luzzi; Junior Prince Jim Pedulla and Princess Carol Fitzsimmons; and Senior King Scott Bloom with Homecoming Queen Nancy Grant. One of the most glamorous and anticipated nights in the school year is Homecoming, which was initiated three years ago by the Student Council. The three classes, the staff, and the language clubs construct elegant floats-this year on the theme of sports and spirit- and display them during the downtown parade and at the football game. This year’s Student Council added a new dimension to Homecoming by approving election of male royalty to accompany the young women elected princesses and queen by the classes. After the football game, the annual Homecoming Reception was held on Friday evening. October 15. at North Street School. Featured at the reception was a beautiful cake baked and decorated by Mrs. Samuel Mastrogiovanni. Activities 26
