HISTORY In the fall of 1953 a new freshman class entered the halls of Geneva High School. The first meeting was held in the English room on September 10, 1953. to elect officers. The follow- ing officers were elected: President, Alan Baumgartner: Vice President, Steve Bauman: Sec- retary, Kenneth Von Gunten: Treasurer, Danny Craig. The second meeting was held in October, to discuss projects. lt was decided to have a bake sale. On October 26 the freshman class had a hayride to the C.C.C. Camp. The third meeting was held Ianuary 28, 1954, to select a motto.
