Glrztamvnt We, the Class of 1941, being of sound mind and body, and possessing all heard and unheard of good qualities, do atlirxn this docuxnent to be our last Will and Testament as of the date of April 28, 1941, de- claring null and void all others heretofore written or presented orally, giving and bequeathing certain gen- eral and personal items which the said class doth own and possess, to-wit: ARTICLE I To the administration we leave the memory of a well-behaved, intelligent, leading class, to be held up as a shining example for all future classes to follow in order to approach the nearly perfect as far as possible. ARTICLE II To Coaches John M. Bauman and 'Fhorval Mattax we will the spirit to try to build ball teams equal to the teams of 1940-41, wvith the knowledge that the players graduating in 1941 will be sorely missed. ARTICLE III To Mrs, Nell Pyle we bequeath the right to direct bigger senior playsg and we leave our syrnpathy be- cause, although they can be bigger, they cannot be better! ARTICLE IV The following bequests are made by individual members of the Class of '41 to their successors. I, Frances Kraner, will my last and most treasured possession, rny ability to play winking games at certain very convenient times to :ny good friend Pegg' Dunn. I, Bette Smith, do hereby will and bequeath my meek disposition and my good behavior in the class- rooms to Ernie Amstutz. I, Robert Miller, vvill and bequeath my wavy hair to Romaine Stucky. We, Helen Sprunger and Bernice Mathys, will our ability to cooperate in our studies and to get good grades in Health to Irene Mathys and Reba McCollum. I, I-Ierrnan Bixler, hereby will my clear perception and power of comprehension in Bookkeeping to my incessant friend, Kenneth Huser. I, Marie Bollinger, will my speed in History outlining to Jane Sznith. I, Donald Windrniller, being of sound mind and body, will my behavior in the assembly to Paul Stucky.
