L 0l1lSe Mattax Advisory Editgr ..,,--- ,-,--,, S upt, Griffey Class Spirit In some schools, the members of the underclasses think that the .Seniors want to hold themselves aloof the lower classmen. While this may be true in many high schools, it is certain- ly not the case in Geneva 'High School. We can boast of as little of this attitude as, we believe, it is possible to find in any high school. There is no doubt but that those who first begin high schol make a few mistakes, but we all live and learn. Who knows but that the greenest beginners will graduate with the most brilliant success. Some of the great- est benefits d-erived from a school life are those which come from social relations, so it behooves everybody to cultivate a congenial and friendly attitude. We know that there are many, many things to be learned in a school besides the know- ledge of books. L-et it be hoped that the students of Geneva High School will continue, and if possible improve, the social and friendly relationship between the different classes. Toasts TO OUR ADVERTISERS. Our devotion to you we will surely show, For you have aided us far more than the rest, Our thanks we now kin lly bestow, And we know your goods are the best, To you we shall be true, and desert you, never, Your kindness we'll remember for ever. TO THE PUBLIC A toast to the citizens true, A toast, fellow students, to youg Your devotion to us you have loyally shown! As we leave G. H. S. We wish to make known Our greatful remembrance of you. TO THE G. H. S. FACULTY For their loyalty, faithfulness and zeal, For their help at our every appeal, For their labors by night and by day, For our victory in work and in play, For these favors and many things more, On them earth's deepest joys we implore. May God's blessings on them be outpoured, May they feel that their work has endured.
