The very simplicity and nakedness of man’s life in the primitive ages imply this advantage, at least, that they left him still but a sojourner in nature . . . He dwelt, as it were, in a tent in this world, and was either threading the valleys, or crossing the plains, or climbing the mountain tops. 8 I find it wholesome to be alone the greater part of the time. The celebration began with the coronation of the queen and her court at the excitement fraught pep assem- bly. The lucky ladies nominated for their posi- tions by the student body. — As if the thrills of the pep assembly were not enough to fulfill one evening’s desires, the masses were led by our friendly neighbor, the policeman, through the streets of Geneva on a Victory March to Gecohi for spicy barbecues and cool orange drinks.
