«j?aaBB©©Be aae pbbj s Monday morning, Octo ber 3, was the kick-off day for yearbook sales. The assembly started a week long drive for sales. To begin the assembly, Mr. Robin Rainer, the representative for Jos-ten's American Yearbook Company, showed a film. Then the Journalism class took over. A skit from Saturday Night Live and then a street interview ended the assembly. Doreen Freer was the name drawn for the free I'm Impressed tee-shirt. This was the first year this has been done. Sales for the next day were high, due partially to the assembly. Right: The Journalism Class in theii I'm Impressed tee-shirts. You'll be impressed! Sue Daniels tells why she wants a yearbook. 12

THE STADIUM The Quarterback Club sees to many improvements. This includes the new stadium. During one of its meetings, the QB Club reviewed this for a project. They then appointed a steering committee made up of school, town, and QB Club members. The town supplied $40,000 for the field, sprinkling system, lights, and bleachers. The first of February saw the destruction of the old bleachers. In May the field was planted and in late July, the seats and lights were installed. The sparkling new stadium will seat 1,400 Bulldog fans. The Quarterback Club is now anticipating its next project: putting in a dressing room and new seats on the visitor's side. 14
