She listened patiently and often counseled wisely. She showed interest and enthusiasm in all student activities. She gave many years of faithful service. She had an undying love for children. A The Future Homemakers learn by serving others. The idea of the F. H. A. is to help girls improve personal, family. and community living. The Future Farmers of America is a national organization in which boys interested in agriculture learn by doing. Here, its student officers and members are developing into the farm leaders of tomorrow under the guidance of their chapter advisor, the teacher of vocational agriculture, Mr. Paul Dean. H-CLUB The H-Club is composed of the boys who participate in sports and the varsity cheerleaders. The H-Club’s sponsor is Coach J. D. Chesteen. PEP CLUB The Pep Club is an organization that supports the football, basketball, and baseball teams. The club is composed of students from the 7-12 grades. President is Dianne Parrish. SCIENCE CLUB The Science Club, affiliated with the National Science Clubs of America, is sponsored by Coach Charles Nelson and has 12 members. Each member must have a project which he works on during the year. AUDIO-VISUAL CLUB The purpose of the Audio-Visual Club is to train students in the use, care, and selection of audio-visual materials. The club is composed of approximately 14 members. The sponsor is Mrs. Vera Peters. ELEMENTARY ANNUAL STAFF The girls on the Elementary Staff sold annual subscriptions for us in the elementary grades.
