1955 'poneouwiet As you turn through the pages of this book, may you wander once more through the memories of the past years, recalling the happiest hours, the best-loved scenes, the valued friends, and may the pictures which we have chosen help to make your memories more vivid throughout the passing years. We, the Gecorala Annual Staff, believe that we speak in behalf of the entire student body in making this dedication. More than mere routine, more than duty, but a sense of dedicated service has been her guiding spirit in every phase of her many contacts with students. She has given time and energy unstintedly in her efforts to direct the activities of hei classes and the Annual Staff. She has concentrated her efforts upon an increased appreciation for, and recognition of, the inherent worth of each individual student. Every daily task has been centered in this philosophy. To each student who has been under her supervision she has been teacher, counsellor, and friend. Her marvelous way of making suggestions rather than giving advice has endeared her to everyone. For her sincere loyalty to higfi standards, to her meaningful friendship, and for the undaunted cheerfulness and innate kindness, we take this opportunity of expressing to her our appreciation by dedicating this 1955 GECORALA to MRS.
