.Myk- Qs... l This year marks the twenty-Iifth year of service that Mrs. Lucille D. Henery has given to Geneva College. Her pro- fessional responsibility as registrar affects each student as she ad- ministers all the students, records, the evaluation of academic credits, both general and departmental, and the scheduling and registration processes. Other responsibilities include working with the credits committee, the admissions committee, and the catalogue com- mittee. The student pro- bably gains the most pleasure when Mrs. Henery organizes the commencement procedure and grants the diploma. For the enormous task that she fulfills in an organized and disciplined manner, we ofthe Genevan staff Wish to express our appreciation to Mrs. Lucille D. Henery by dedicating the 1967 Genevan to her. 5 -952 1

can't always pinpoint when or why our An academic year is a year of change. In college, time is essentialg we are regulated by it and inevitably we are changed by it. Many of the changes which occur are iniiuenced by those with whom we interact: pro- fessors, administration, students- . friends. Somehow we never find our: selves in the same place at the end of the school year that we did at the beginning, and when we look back we -Oi attitudes and ideals changed, for these changes are as subtle as the passing of one season into another. Just as the seasons change when the time is right, so we ourselves conform to new ways and beliefs when it is our time to adjust. lcmffnifemmim 1 in Ir' lla- 0, i. 1 ,fin 3 I W3 tl. t't ,,li , 4, s. ,, KJI ' 4 t! iii 4 T 0 every thing there is a purpose under heaven: . it ll ,, new A time to be born, and a time to die,' a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is plantedg A time to kill, and a time to healg a time to break down, and a time to build up,- A time to weep, and a time to laughg a time to 4 mourn, and a time to danceg A time to cast away 4 .
