DEDICATED to a man you seldom meet until you reach your Senior year—and one you'll seldom forget after you finish ‘Tech. (No threat to the underclassmen) . As chairman of the Business Department, his work makes it impossible to carry a large class load; however, he makes a last- ing impression on the students, who are fortunate enough to have him for their in- structor. Mr. White has been Financial Counselor of the GMTE for the last several years. His practical advice on the handling of the GMTE Budget has been deeply appre- ciated by those of us who have needed his assistance.
