Now Pedro could live at any farm his intelligent little heart desired — Hor- ned, Hen State, Pranceton, Dirt- mouth, the University of Transylva- nia, etcetera. All the others were sub- ject to scrutinization by the board of Eggheads which decided whether they were fit for farmlife or the slaughter- house. FALI Autumn is a time of change A time when trees ignite With flashes of red and amber The flames line the streets And then slowly die out. They are trampled on Or caught up in the whirlpools.
