We, the cultured, dignified, talented, successful, resourceful and ambitious Class of '51, being on the threshold of departing from this noble institution of higher learning hereby do bequeath the following valued possessions, which have been of tremendous service to us during oursojournhere and which we feel sure will aid inestimably to the rather small and depleted resources of our successors. To the Class of '54, known as the nlnfants of '5l,n we leave our enthusiasm for G. A. A. and our great like for hayrlde parties. J To the Class of '53, com only known as the Sophomores, we, the Senior Glass leave our uncanny ability for getting our English in on time. To the Class of '52, commonly known as the Juniors, we leave l6 unused play books for nMen are Like Street Carsu and many other priceless possessions: Carl Johnson and Don Bauer will their basketball ability to Willard Dietz. Kenneth Quast wills the hair on his chest to Maynard Hildebrandt. Henry Uecker wills his quietness to Gloria Koch. Byron Henning bequeaths his boldness to Marvin Meyer. Curtis Henning leaves his powerful yawn to Jerome Reckdahl. Marlys Rowland wills her studiousness to Dennis Harris. Lois Stahlke wills the edltorship of the 'Saluten to Mary Nelson. , Roland Deering wills his humorous speaking ability to Carol Annexstad. Gladys Voight wills her ways with the boys to Marlis Delger. Theresa Regner wills her shyness to Alice Schroeder. Lavonne Poquette wills her promptness at Social class to Carol Asmus. Gladys Groehler wills her nhot trumpetu to Joanne Isenberg. Patsy Bregel wills her position as 'teachers' pest' to Mary Nelson. Katie Mueller wills her Steno ability and the new mimeograph machine to Jane Salzwedel. Dennis Schulte wills his memorable nights to Bob Borchert. Joyce Splering grants Alice Schroeder the domain of Arlington. LeRoy Messner wills his driving ability to Orville Severin. Doris Reichenbach wills her collection of overdue Make-up Slips to John Siewert. Carole Muck will her friendliness to Marlys Schulte. ' Darlene Reimer wills her interest in the opposite sex to Willard Pitzner. Byron and Curtis Henning will their Toni set to John Slewert. Monie Pinske wills her ability to give parties to Selda Otto. Shirley Kluckinp wills her ability to blush to Shirley Bauer. Rita Bausch wills her height to Hildegarde Regner. Gladys Solmonson wills her shyness to Marlis Delger. Delphine Solmonson wills her discussions in Social class to Selda Otto. - Monie Plnske wills her twenty-three inch waist line to Willard Pitzner. To Mr. Salzwedel we leave 52 dreary eyes on 34 nblue Mondays.n To Mr. Sandholm we, the class of '51, are willing to leave behind many unfinished and unsigned make-up slips. To Mr. Gislason we leave one car with faulty brakes, flat tires, scratched paint and stripped gears. To Mr. Poppitz we leave all our atheltic ability to be distributed among the Juniors as he sees fit. To Mr. PaDelford we leave nine Junior boys sleeping in Study Hall. To Mr. Ingvalson we leave the setting for the one-act play. To Mrs. Johnson we leave many left over copies of the nSaluten and one broken down mlmeograph machine. To Mrs. Borchert we are going to present a su of seventy-eight worn, torn, and dilapidated English books. To Miss Ourada we leave some gold fish that will survive and plenty snail food for the younger generations. To Miss Callanan we leave a new recipe for barbacued hamburger and one unbaked meat loaf. To the Janitors we leave innumerable black marks on the gymnasium floor and dozens of broken ink bottles. In conclusion we would like to add that if our heirs make proper use of all the wonderful things we have herewith bestowed upon them they will undoubtedly become nearly as phenomenal a success as a Senior class as we were.
