Sophomores Sophomore class officers: Chuck Ainsworth, Treasurer; Judy Klipa. President; Judy Landay, Vice President; Teri Campo, Secretary. The first thing a sophomore learns at GHS is never to admit that he is a sophomore, especially to someone who even faintly resembles an upperclassman. After the initial shock and total confusion of the first few days, the new student eventually settles down into the boring routine of a trivial and uneventful life: racing from class to class, falling down stairs, slamming lockers on fingers, and dodging teachers who are seeking nonexistent hall passes. Being a sophomore means being on the short end of seniority. But never fear — the top is only two years away! Marcia Williams Class of 79
