They raised money and spiriT for The school and around The communiTy. They sTarTed The year selling orange and yellow balloons aT The varsiTy fooTball games. NexT, came The work for The GreaT American Smoke-OuT. The club helped people sTop smoking by a sysTem of adopTing a smoker. AfTer ThaT The club Tried To help sTop polluTion by geTTing people To ride wiTh The Regional TransporTaTion DeparTmenT, The RTD. Following ThaT They sTarTed a book drive for The sTudenTs in Africa. This was done by having people donaTe a book and a auarTer To cover The cosT of sending The book. For ChrisTmas, They decoraTed The school and gave The sTaff candy canes and holly as sTaff appreciaTion. STudenT G-overnmenT also puT on a ValenTlnes dance and a cuT down on drunk driving campaign, among oTher acTiviTies.
