Golf The golf season for The Gafeway Golf Team This pasT fall wasn'T very successful, buf Coach Landrum said There was some improvemenf from The pasT years. Some memorable mo- menfs of The season include The firsT female To make The Gafeway Golf Team, freshman - Rochelle BeneTTe. New Coach Rebuilds The GaTeway Olympians girls swim Tean did noT have one of iTs beTTer seasons. For The 4984 swim season, coach Ingrid Lindemann was replaced by Terry Anderson. The Team had a low record This year of one win and eighT losses. However, The Team placed fifTh overall aT The Viking lnviTaTional and fourTh aT The Aurora CiTy Championships. 'TThe size of The Team was very small This year, compared To The Teams from The oTher schools, Coach Terry Anderson said. Only one swimmer, Sr. Heidi Lindemann, qualified for The sTaTe meT.
