FOREWORD We have chosen Dreams of Vocations” as the theme for the 1951 CRESCENT, because we believe that now as graduation approaches, that most of the students are beginning to realize that in a short time they will be faced with the problem of choosing a career. In these pages we have attempted to give you a picture of some of the vocations open to the ambitious young person. Of course we were not able to portray all the worthwhile ones, but we have selected a few of the many to give you an idea of the many opportunities which are open to the youth of today. In closing, we would like to leave with you this thought, as Lowell once said, Not failure but low aim is crime.” Your Editor
