Senior - Faculty Basketball Game 17 Aggies!!! The annual Senior-Faculty Basketball Game was played Friday, February 13th, and the one game win- ning streak started last year by the seniors was quickly destroyed. The faculty, disguised as The Empire Strikes Back characters, had no problem destroying the rebel forces. The morning game was close and could have gone either way, but the Empire won it, 48-45. In the afternoon, a new group of seniors took on the already exhausted faculty, but couldn't take the victory away from them, they lost, 52-42. The problem of the faculty aging each year while the seniors remain the same age didn't seem to matter. Entertainment was pro- vided by the senior cheerleaders, who went wearing togas, tacky ties, and shades. Thanks go to the four senior coaches, Cliff Jones, Tim McGinness, Jim Gay, and Rick Reyes, and to everyone who attended, helping to raise S1600 for the scholarship fund. While the 13th was nothing unusual, two weeks later, on the 27th, something new came to be. The first Girls' Senior-Faculty Basketball Game was played against the women faculty. The faculty got off to a great start, winning 31-17. This game will surely go into the G-C history books, even if the guys' game doesn't. LOOKING BACK 193
