TOQ of 4' The apparent path of the sun in the sky lies through 12 constellations or groups of stars, and the zone which these stars occupy is called the Zodiac. To the ancients, time ran something like this: The Ram, the Bull, the Heavenly Twins, And next the Crab the Lion shinesg The Virgin, and the Scales The Scorpion, Archer, and the Goat The Man that Bears the watering pot, And Fish with glittering tails. To our Seniors time has likewise run through twelve constellations or Zocliacs. It is now referred to as the 6-3-3 plan in school organization-six years of elementary education-three years of junior high -three years of senior high. In this dedication we wish to show our esteem for them and our respect for their profession. We believe that they are capable of making the greatest Contribution to the Light of Freedom. Iohn Mason Brown wrote recently in one of our periodicals: 'WVe must not, we cannot, forget, however, that regardless of the threats of darkness and the thickly athering storm clouds, the lamps still burn and brightly burn. One of our major uties is to shield these lamps from the gale of our Htful times.
