Spring Activities Keep Everyone Busy Don Cattell, Wayne Funk, Carolyn Myers, and Mary Kay Yoder discuss the merits of scholastic achieve¬ ment at the first banquet for junior high honor stu¬ dents last spring. The Class of 1965 are together for the last time before they step out into life on their own. - ■ft-- ' The end of the year is a busy time at Garrett High School, Class picnics and traditional banquets are scheduled at every opportunity. The Junior-Senior Picnic at Pokagon is the highlight. It is given the last week of school by the seniors as a thank-you for the banquet. The last week of school is crowded with examinations for the underclass¬ men. They look forward to the summer vacation, knowing they will return next fall. The seniors are busy with graduation activities. These ceremonies are the end of high school for them and the beginning of new responsibility to the future. The arrival of the Aeolian is marked by the Aeolian record hop. Everyone autographs the treasure and little dancing is done.
