Foreign Language Foreign Languages Aid Travelers 4 'GF E, Teachers conduct classes in foreign languages. X tak Mastering a foreign language requires a great deal of time, pa- tience, and encouragement. Through continued study, our lan- guage department maintains a high degree of competence in their abil- ities to instruct our students in French, Spanish, German and Lat- in. Library Library Annexes New Equipment Filmstrips, recordings, and transparencies from numerous departments were stationed in the library to centralize these materials for easy use by faculty members. Western art slides and a new mi- crofilm reader were among the new equipment placed in the library's care. Garinger's library, not only unique in structure but also in size, boasts over 22,000 books. These along with periodicals are used by students in research and pleasure. Attendance in the library is regu- lated by scheduled classes, per- mits, and a sign-in sheet at the door.
