Mathematics Math Increases Knowledge Knowledge, understanding, and common sense are gained in the study of mathematics. Regardless of further plans each student is urged to increase his knowledge by taking one of the courses offered in math. These courses range from General Math l for those interested in the fundamentals of mathemat- ics, to Math Analysis, for those wishing a more advanced study.
