WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE CLASS OF ’86 DURING THE PAST 12 YEARS??? Twelve bright, youig kids started first grade at Jordan Elementary in the fall of '74. Four marbers of that class would survive the next twelve years. Others cane and vent along the way and seme stayed. These four were George Ady, Glenda Irons, Paul Buffington, and Sparky toss. Others that year vere Tarmy Withee, Dorine Mjrnion, Jody Nichols, Billy Green, and Alane Schwartz who left us after that year. Others who stayed for a vrfiile longer were Damon Kobe 1 sky (tollo), Darlene Withee, and Stacy Quellett (Lilienthal). Our teachers were tos. Wille and Mrs. Hint. The major event that year was when somebody flooded the first grade bathrocm. In second grade, our teacher was Mrs. Vial 1. The seven of us who continued on vere joined by Todd Gibson and Lela Hami lton. Lela was only with us for one year. That year we were combined in one rocm with the 3rd grade. They taught us the important things of school like how to copy the neighbor's paper without getting caught. In third grade, we were on are own again. Mr. Shorten, our teacher, along with eight students completed the year. We did our homework to the record Mr. Shorten played. Our favorite was Billy Crash Cradock's Rtf) it in, Rib it in and Dead Skunk in the Middle of the toad! In fourth grade, our teacher was Mr. Weiger. We gained Shane Locmis, Kim Wilson, toribeth toKeever, Helen Fink and Scott Boviall. The big event that year was when Paul slipped an Ex-Lax into Mr. Weiger's coffee. He broke the speed record from the classroom to the bathroom. Damon tollo also went to Billings that year. In fifth grade, we were joined again by Damon and also by Jay Selman and Darla Stanton. We lost Scott and Todd. Our teacher was Miss Faber. In Miss Faber's class you had to kneel by your desk as a punishment. Jay spent so much time there they almost took away his desk. In sixth grade, our teacher was Mrs. Osborne, tori and Tony Phipps joined our class. All of the boys in the class were sent to the principal's office for playing football in the mud. We also became experts at making nock jewelry. In seventh grade, we had two teachers and changed classes. One was to. Shutak and the other was to. Southern. Stacy Lilienthal left us that year. We learned many important things like how to sharpen a pencil properly. We gained three kids—Lisa toKinley, John Simmers, and Mona Gal linger. Jay Selman and Shane always stuffed John in his locker. Eighth grade was a great year. We were finally at the top at least in grade school. (Xjr teachers were to. Young and to. Hayes. Kara Clark and Chad O'Connor joined us that year. John Summers and Lisa toKinley left us that year also. The most fin we had was on our class trip to Billings. Jay Selman was pushed out the windew in his underwear and had to nn all the way around the hotel to get back in the rocm. Also, all of the boys got sick after pigging out at the Royal Fork Buffet and then going to the Carnival. Sparky turned the best shkie of green. It was great fun!!! Finally, we graduated. We met all of the new kids frem the rural grade schools that we vould go to high school with. We couldn't wait to see what it would be like. Our freshmen year we gained Karla Kerr, Edie Ballensky, Mark torlak, torcene Shelly McWilliams, Tony Baler, Mike Williams, Beth Phipps, and Dawn Beecher. Todd Gibson joined us again. We had to carry senior's books, tie their shoes, walk and go through all the fun of initiation. We were at the bottom of the heap. Mike left us to go make a fortune in Nevade. Our sophomore year wasn't much better. We had to get a lot of required courses done, tori Phipps left school then and Todd went down to Nevada again. Mike cane back from Nevada. Mr. Cyr, the music teacher, had a nervous breakdown. Our junior year wasn't too bad. We put on the best Prcm and Banquet ever—under the direction of our class sponsors, to. and to. Kloker. toribeth McKeever also rejoined our class. Now we are at our Senior year. We are all waiting for graduation and our lives afterwards. (Xjr class new consists of George Ajy, Paul Buffington, Tony Baler, Edie Ballensky, Davn Beecher, Glenda Irons, Kara Clark, toribeth toKeever, torcene Shelly McWilliams, Karla Kerr, Sparky toss, Jay Selman, Kim Wilson, Tony Phipps, Travis Twitchell, Chad O'Connor, Mona Gallinger, Darla Stanton, Shane Locmis, Mike Williams, Mark torlak, Christy Green. We had a lot of fun our years of school, and we will always ranerber then. We wish all the best of luck to those who follow us. Front Row: Darlene Withee, Dorine Murnion, Jody Nichols, Glenda Irons, Stacy Lil- ienthal, Alane Schwartz, Tammy Withee.
