His helpfulness includes moving Miss Gardener, (Charlene Rich) the new counselor, who had just arrived, into Mr. Warren's office. She tries to help Carol Izzard (Helen Schmidt) and Larry Donley (Mike Harvey) two teenagers with a grudge against the world, much to the distaste of Miss Prather (Lilly Chisolm). The high school students, who enjoyed making fun of the counselors, were Hilda (De- lores Loomis), Mable (Cathy Burgess), Pete (Mike Billing), and George, (Reuben Fogle). Don Donley (Dale Anderson) and Mary Lou Brennon (Linda Hafla) tried to convince Miss Gardener to become Annual Advisor. After the Annual money disappeared, Mrs. Donley (Jean Shawver) came to defend her son Larry who was accused of stealing it.
