Patterson's classroom to enroll. They were: Agnes Beard, Bobby Clark, Robert Hensleigh, Ronald Hinther, Vicki Hinther, Yvonne Lervick, Peggy Matkin, Mary MacDonald, Dean Milroy, Willie Murnion, William O'Conner, Lyn Riley, Janet Ritter, Marlys Schwindt, Donald Tolstedt, Katherine Vollmer, and Willem Wille. Our first eight years of school slid by very rapidly. We gained and lost classmates through our years until we were left with fourteen to graduate from grade school. Of these, ten of us were to- gether for the full eight years. They were: Agnes Beard, Robert Hensleigh, Ronald Hinther, Vicki Hinther, Dean Milroy, Wille Murnion, Lyn Riley, Janet Ritter, Marlys Schwindt, and Willem Wille. In the fall of 1960, we, along with the country Freshmen, began our first year of high school. We were pretty scared at first but we soon got used to the big halls. We had to wear cute little beanies for the first six-weeks of our Freshman year. We chose Mr. King as our first sponsor. The Seniors started us out right by giving us a party. In our Sophomore year, we were almost unknown to Garfield County High School. The only thing that we did was to choose Mr. Lebrun as our class sponsor. In our Junior year, our sponsor was Mr. Halverson. Mrs. Watt directed our play, which was titled Skinned Alive. It was a 3-act comedy and it turned out pretty good, considering all the practices we had. We put on the prom and our theme was Magic Moments. We also put on a bake sale and a Semi-formal. Our Senior year was our most exciting year. Mr. Perry was our sponsor. We put on the play Who Killed Aunt Caroline which was directed by Mr. Nerhardt. It turned out real well. We put on a bake sale and a semi-formal to help raise money for our sneak. We took our sneak from May 21st to the 24th. We sure had a lot of fun didn't we kids? We took a Skip Day and toured the Centennial train in Miles City. We produced the Remuda, our school yearbook, under the guiding hand of Mr. Halverson. Of all the students that were in the first grade in 1953 only eight received all twelve years of school in Jordan, they were: Bob Hensleigh, Ronald Hinther, Vicke Hinther, Dean Milroy, Lyn Riley, Janet Ritter, Marlys Schwindt, and Willem Wille. By Vicki Hinther and Bob Hensleigh SPONSORED BY COHAGON BAR — owners martin and clara derenburger COHAGON, MONTANA 19 CLASS WILLS We, the Senior Class of 1964 will the following: To the Juniors, the dignity of being Seniors and our population in hopes they will be able to increase theirs. To the Sophomores, our ability to struggle through U.S. History; because they'll need it. To the Freshmen, our list of rules for Courtesy in the Hall in hopes they'll use them. We as individuals will the following: I, Connie Bell, will my ability to study math to Virgil Hellyer because he seems to have so much free time to spend drinking dorm juice and to chase Carol B. I, David Cogley, will what little ability I have to play the alto horn to Keith Lilienthal who is also a little short of ability. I, Marcia Coil, will my ability to be quiet in study hall to Wilma Pluhar who seems not to have learned yet. I, John Fitch, will my tenor voice to Gloria Rath and my roommate, Vem Plu- har, to her also in hopes that she can better them both. I, Helen FitzGerald, will my drumsticks to Carla, Eva, and Betty in hopes that they will do more with them than I have I, Bob Gregg, will my membership in the Black-eye Club to Jerry Hensleigh because he needs one. I, Bob Hensleigh, will my nickname Dunk the Playboy and a few others to any- one who can put up with them for as long as I have. I, Ron Hinther, will my lousy eight inches of growth in 4 years at G.C.H.S. to David Talbot who hasn't gained much in 2 years. I, Vicki Hinther, will my quiet disposition to Janice Lilienthal who seems to need it with Bob Hensleigh. I, Lyle Lilienthal, will my ability to be good in band to Alan Hooker. I, Dean Milroy, will my old pickup to Mack Porter in hopes he will get better, gas mileage with it than with his old Ford. I, Dick O'Connor, will my roommate, Bill Dutton, to anyone who wants to serve as a marriage counselor. I, Mack Porter, will my ability to give Tom Fitzgerald a ride home every noon to R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. I, Lyn Riley, will my old pair of blue tights to Gladys Helm so she won't have to always wear her black ones. I, Janet Ritter, will my messy locker to Patsy Smith who doesn't really need it as she has one similar to it. I, Bradley Schmidt, will my ability to finish high school in four years to Glen Bollinger who seems to have trouble doing so. I, Marlys Schwindt, will all my old worn out and run nylons to Carol Bollinger for stuffing. I, Gayle Sloan, will my razor to Jerry Negaard who seems to have lost his. I, Linda Stanton, will my big feet to anyone who would like a good understanding. I, Morris Ware, will my ability to get in trouble with Mr. Perry to Bill Dutton who seems to be going along the same line. I, Bill Wille, will my tremendous ability to play basketball to Wayne Uthaug who could use it. LINDA STANTON - - LYN RILEY SPONSORED BY RANCHER'S BAR AND CAFE HUNTING AND FISHING SUPPLIES SOLD HERE - BY THE DRINK, BOTTLES, OR CASE JORDAN, MONTANA CLASS PROPHECY Ten years have elapsed since we left Garfield County High School. Helen FitzGerald and I were married right after we graduated. We moved to Alaska and have been working there ever since in the gold mines. We received a letter the other day from my cousin Connie Bell, who also graduated with us. I guess she is a clown for the Bamum and Bailey circus. She gave us a run-down on what every body is doing. Bob Hensleigh and his wife Vicki Hinther now operate Dunk's Bar. Mack Por- ter is Bob's steadiest customer. Dean Milroy has been signed on as head of the History department at Yale. Ron Hinther, Bob Gregg, and Lyle Lilienthal opened a garage in Jordan. Ronnie squirts gas while Bob and Lyle are mechanics. About all they accom- plish, however, is to keep their own cars running, and they are not too suc- cessful at that. Lyn Riley and John Fitch are tight rope walkers in the Greatest Show on Earth. Janet Ritter is one of the world's most famous hair stylists. She is in Eng- land at this time styling hair for the Litterbugs, a famous singing group from Jordan composed of Marlys Schwindt, Marcia Coil, Bill Willie, and Dick O Con- nor. They were rejected by the Trashmen, and the Beatties wouldn't accept them, so they became the Litterbugs. Gayle Sloan is a star in the new Broadway hit Cleopatra. Gayle is now giving Liz stiff competition. Bradley Schmidt is next in line to challenge Cassius Clay for the championship. Morris Ware is a professional football player. He plays for Green Bay. Linda Stanton is associate business manager for the new hosiery factory at Brusett. How true our prophecy may be, we do not know, but we wish each of our classmates the best of luck in whatever they attempt to do.
