EDITOR-IN-CHIEF I We ' re hip And that ' s no lip We ' re live And that ' s no jive We found Success ' Cause were the best That ' s why we are glad to be The class of 1983. by Keith Irons This was a very successful year. We the class of 1983 are finally Seniors, leaving behind all our memories, histories, and good fortunes. We also had our first C.l.F. win in football. Now we are waiting for our graduation which is just a couple of months away. I am happy 1 was part of the publication of the Garey High School Saga yearbook. 1 hope this book brings back all :he happy memories everyone had this year at Garey. 1 have encountered many experiences on this year ' s Saga Staff. Many thanks to Mr. Fischbach (advisor), Wayne Moore Studio, Mr. Gibson, and assistant editors, Sylvia and Phan, and the entire 1983 yearbook staff. Good luck to the freshman class, sophomore class, junior class and also to the Senior Class of 1983. When you come to the end of your rope, make a knot, and hang on. Now I would like to leave all deadlines and after school work behind me, and to wish all students good luck. May all their dreams be fulfilled and their ventures be successful.
