Bl SINE-ISS MAN!-XGEF The tinancial aspects of sending the ARGO on its yearly iourney are very remote to the maiority ot the student crew. Without a carefully planned budget the quest would be seriously hampered. Working with the superintendent, the board ot trustees, and the taculty, Mr. Kenneth Dungan is charged with the responsibility ot preparing the school budget, supervising the financial records, and purchasing and ordering supplies. ln addition to these duties, Mr. Dungan works closely with the board and Mr. Kennedy in planning for the increased school ta- cilities, the completion ot Rancho Alamitos l-ligh School, and the planning and construction ot Bolsa Grande High School.
