The Golden Fleece sought by the original Argonauts and the gold of California sought by the Argonauts of 1849 were not more worthy objec- tives than that which actuates the Argonauts of Garden Grove High School --the golden opportunity of education. Greek mythology, California history, Garden Grove High School life, are all imbued with the same spirit: the questing urge, the desire to fight on in the face of difficulty and the fierce drive to attainment.
