From the mighty editor to the meekest of reporters, all worked diligently to make that well-known deadline. Checking and double checking facts, Writing, typing, proofreading the copy, and finally to print went this small but power-packed piece of journalistic accomplishment. Paper-time comes, the headlines are scanned, names are hunted, the jokes are sneered at and the sports page is given a thorough going overg then into the trash can or behind the nearest bush goes the paper, our Week's work.
