When Juniors, the class presented a comedy - They Went Thata Way.' This was well attended by the public. Members of the cast were - Norman Peterson, Allen Weatherwax, Warren Shepherd, Jack Vincent, Stanley Tinkham, Carol Madison, Joan Morrow, Wanda Burke, Dolores Mumford, and Karen Rentzsch. One of the most attractive proms given at GCHS was given by the class of 1954. The theme was 'Rooftop Gardens. Stars hung from the ceiling and skyscrapers dominated the theme. An enlarged glass of champagne stood on the south side of the stage while a large hat, gloves, and cane stood on the north side. Music was by Bob Calame and his orchestra. lf achievements are to be measured by efforts, then the Senior Class of i954 should be congratulated for its many attainments. May its members go on to even greater success in the challenge of future citizenship.
