Mr. Gaffney has been teaching for six years, four of which have been here at Garber Mr Gaffney got his Bachelor's De- gree in 1970 from C.M.U. He is the band director and his famous quote is. That's NOT good enough . one more time. Our girl's physical education teacher for the past nine years has been Mrs. Bissell. She has a total of twelve years teaching experience. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Central Michigan University in 1965. Mr. Meisel has been a teacher for four years, but has taught at Garber for only one year. He got his Bachelor's Degree in 1973 from C.M.U. One of his famous quotes is. Let’s see your tongue come out the end of the horn, trombones. In case you can't tell by his quote. Mr Meisel is a music teacher. Thirteen of Mrs. Young's nineteen teach- ing years have been spent at Garber as librarian. Mrs Young received her educa- tion at Wayne State University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in 1957 and 32 hours work on her Master's De- gree Mrs. Young’s famous quote can be heard in the library. Mr. Todey has been teaching for 15 years Eleven of those years have been spent at Garber Mr. Todey attained his Bachelor’s Degree at Northern Michigan University in 1962 From there, he went on to obtain his Master's Degree at Northern Michigan University in 1965. Mr Schilling has been substituting at Garber for two years. This is Mr Klein’s fifth year at Garber. He teaches girls industrial ed, woodworking, and general metals. Mr Klein attended Central Michigan University where he re- ceived his Bachelor’s degree in 1972. Nine of Mr Witte’s 18 teaching years have been spent here at Garber. Mr. Witte is our industrial education teacher. He attended Michigan State University in 1955 where he received his Bachelor’s degree and Western Michigan University in 1962 for his Master’s degree. This is Mr. Samyn’s fourth year at Garber. He received his Bachelor's degree in 1972 from Central Michigan University. Mr. Sa- myn teaches woodworking and drafting. You do it your way. I'll grade it mine! is Mr. Schrantz’s motto. Mr Schrantz has been teaching for 20 years. 12 of which were spent at Garber Mr. Schrantz re- ceived his Bachelor's degree in Art Educa- tion at Kent State University. Ohio. He then received his Master’s degree at Michigan State University in ceramics, jewelry, stage costume design, and educa- tion. Mrs. Engels has two years teaching, both have been here at Garber Mrs. Engels teaches Art and Painting class. She re- ceived her Bachelor's degree in 1972 from Central Michigan University.
