0?acuC t Gannon College endeavors to maintain a faculty that is committed to its objectives and that dis- plays in its individual members those personal and professional characteristics that are fundamental to the fulfillment of the role of the faculty in the achievement of those objectives. Moral integrity and intellectual competence are the most essemial of these characteristics. The faculty must exhibit the same moral and intellectual habits which the College strives to impart to its students. The College stresses teaching as the primary function of faculty members and makes excessive de- mands upon the quality of the instructional services it provides. The College is most appreciative of sincerity and dedication which characterizes the successful teacher. 20
