Fellow Seniors: Contrary to popular belief, we Seniors do NOT know it all. That's why in this section, mainly for the Seniors' benefit, there have been included some ''gems of wisdom, food for thought, and various other little tidbits of practical information . . . such as some very interesting home remedies for the little ailments that all of us must inevitably face throughout the years after we depart from GHS.
