SENIOR CLASS PROPI-IECY San Francisco, California December 31, 1973 Dear Mr. Zieg: Since it has been nearly 20 years since May 7, 1954, I thought you might like to hear about the people in my class since we have graduated. Iust to inform you how I found this all out, my sister-in-law, Betty Donahue, who is now married to Bob Gillam, was looking through our old annual with me and since it was so close to New Years Eve, we decided to have a party for our class and their wives or husbands. As the party started Laura Bone and her husband, Harold Cook, came in and while we were talking Laura said they had a nice farm with 500 head of cattle. The next to arrive was Marilyn Iohnson and Dick Fickle, who are now married. I suppose you know Dick owns the Fickle Pickle Factory, at Indianapolis. Tom Wilson was talking or bragging about his 600 acre ranch in Texas, where they found oil on all but 250 acres. Russell Scott, who is a big photographer for Look magazine, was showing some of the pic- tures he had taken and they were all of girls in bathing suits. Nancy Hart, who is the great Madam Riley, the famous dress designer, and her husband, Ronnie, came late as usual. Ronnie is half owner of the Pennsylvania Railroad, so they had no trouble getting here. They brought their son along. He is sixteen and stands 6 feet 3 inches. Ioe Wisler, who now owns the Barber Shop Ballroom here in California, is really doing great. His wife is one of the biggest performers. I saw Kathy Greer and Charlie Hunt go into the dining room and I thought I would take a peek, and there they were, litter Bugging. I asked them where they learned to dance like that and they said that they had a dance studio of their own. Iim DeWitt was a little late: it was because one of the machines in his Ham-Salad Factory broke down and had to be repaired. Iim Beechy and his wife Ioyce were a little late because they had to wait on commercial passenger planes to take off at the Walton Airbase. lim owns a private plane. He also owns the Beechy Garage in Walton, Indiana. Last to arrive was Carolyn Clark who didn't think she was going to get away from the hos- pital. Her husband just couldn't get away, he is the great Dr. Kinsey who has been in the news again lately. Since Don and I have a big resort, I take great pleasure in asking you to come and spend a week with us, free of charge. I close with best wishes from the Senior Class of 1954. Sincerely yours, Marion Sue Brown, Donahue. P. S. Happy New Year! Page Eight
